We are looking for a strong, compassionate leader who can help guide the service, support the team, and protect the quality of care we provide.

Shift and Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, plus any additional hours that may be required.
Role Overview
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the line manager.
- Ensure reports are sent to the provider in a timely manner.
- Create and uphold an open, positive, and inclusive management culture.
- Develop and communicate strategic plans for the service.
- Oversee service policies, procedures, goals, and quality objectives.
Role-Specific Duties
- Lead administration, care, nursing, and people-management functions.
- Support marketing of the service and presentation of its services.
- Maintain operations to agreed standards and budget parameters.
- Promote and protect the welfare of the individuals supported by the service.
Essential Criteria
- Good written and verbal English
- First-level nursing qualification
- Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification
- Management qualification
